Mixed media installation
The installation Closer: Proximities and Perimeters includes two works that explore privacy and intimacy, the connections between these ideas, and also the boundaries between them - what is shared and what is trespassed upon. The juxtaposition of invitation and invasion is intended to encourage the viewer to participate in the dialogue surrounding these issues, both to experience the work fully and to complete it through their own experience.
These works were completed with the help of the Van den Brink award through the Camosun College foundation.
